The elevated life is yours in this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom townhome that sleeps 4 and provides great views. The ground level has an exercise room with a Nordic Track machine – perfect for your morning workout, plus a convenient half-bathroom, and laundry facilities. Tiled stairs lead to the Great Room and bedrooms on the second floor, where large color photos of the surrounding redrock country adorn the walls and provide a visual contrast to the modern-style furniture.
The Great Room has lots of light from northeast and east-facing windows. A flat screen TV and DVD player provide entertainment options as you relax on the chic, red leather sofa. A strong ladder with built-in handrails leads up to the loft bedroom, where there are 2 twin beds. The loft bedroom has a half wall for privacy.
The heart of the Great Room is the cozy kitchen, with its red tile floor and countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, and all appliances, including dishwasher, built-in microwave and gas range. The kitchen snack bar has a beautiful polished, red sandstone-like top. Three chair-back stools provide snack bar seating.
In the nearby dining nook, a counter-height table provides seating for 4 people. The dining windows face the east wall of the valley. Looking up, you’ll see red rocks silhouetted against blue sky. A corner door opens from the dining area into a covered patio equipped with a natural gas BBQ grill and picnic table. A compact, gas-log fireplace on the patio provides a touch of luxury and is perfect for warming up the space on cool nights.
The Master bedroom has a King bed and windows that face southwest, across the valley. Here you’ll see the magnificent rock walls of the Portal area, where the Colorado River re-enters its canyon after flowing across the Moab Valley. A door opens onto a tiny patio facing southwest, the perfect place to catch a breath of fresh air while surveying the view. A large flat screen TV, DVD player, clothes closet, and shelving space complete the master bedroom. The shared bathroom is accessible from the hall and also has a second door into the Master bedroom. There’s plenty of counter space around the dual sink vanity and a full tub/shower.
Completing this luxury townhome is a covered carport with space to park two vehicles.

Great place to stay in Moab
Stayed 4 days in May, 2016
We stayed here with our two children, aged 10 and 8. The apartment had everything we needed to cater for ourselves, including kitchen essentials such as washing up liquid. The mezzanine level where the kids slept got warm, but the air conditioning was efficient. The ladder up to the mezzanine was very steep - certainly not suitable for children under 5. The bed was really soft and on the first night I thought there was an earthquake! Turned out to be my husband just shifting his body in bed. The ranch was really sweet with a lovely garden, pool and hot tub. The garden had lots of shade, a big pond and ornamental streams. There were hammocks and chairs to lounge in, plus a gas barbecue and fire circle. The pool was clean and warm with plenty of chairs, loungers and parasols around one edge, plus restrooms. The hot tub was no great shakes, but never mind. There were nice touches or ornamental flower tubs throughout. The ranch was quiet and just a couple of miles from Arches National Park and Moab.
Had a great time! Property is lovely!

Everything was clean and friendly. Stairs would be an issue for those with disabilities. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary equipment. Bathroom had nice shampoo and lotion and even makeup remover. Istructions for checkout were clear. I'd be back in a heart beat!
A nice place

The paper work checklist pre-arrival seemed a bit excessive. Ladder to the loft is steep. It was workable for the 2 of us adults who stayed there but could be a problem with young children or seniors. Price seemed a little high but we enjoyed our stay so close to Arches.
