We had a great time in this condo, it was spacious and comfortable and perfect for our group. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck taking in the beauty of the red rocks!

We've stayed in lots of vacation rentals over the past 15 years or so. This one was exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed the spotless hardwood floors. Great location- about a mile from the heart of downtown. It has a great view from the deck and one of the bedrooms. There is a back patio for lounging and a front deck. We liked the back because it was cooler and more shaded. I suppose in the winter months, the front might be warmer and more preferred. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher so plan on doing your own dishes or using paper. Also, there's no oven so don't plan on baking (no that you would, but just in case). There is a bike shed to keep your bike safe. It will fit 4 if you squeeze them in just right. We locked ours mostly on the vehicle. It is a fairly secluded area and does not get any traffic by the house so we were not all that concerned. There is a washer and dryer but we only stayed 2 days and never got a chance to use them. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for basic cooking, serving and eating. We had a salad one night with dinner and had a hard time finding a big enough bowl. Nit-picky stuff, nothing major. Wi-fi worked fine for a movie. Overall, it was a great experience. Oh, last thing, there was enough parking for probably three vehicles (or more) if you needed it.
