Entrada at Moab is a luxury townhome development located in downtown Moab. Just a few blocks from downtown, these brand new townhomes are just a few minutes away from Arches, Canyonlands and the Colorado River. You’ll be walking distance from bike shops, OHV rentals, shops and restaurants.
A spacious kitchen and living area offers room for your group to stretch out and relax, mingling in the comfort of a tastefully furnished and decorated home environment, or taking in the views of Moab’s red rock horizon from the patio. The kitchen includes ample storage, state-of-the art appliances, and is stocked with houseware to prepare and serve a holiday meal for your entire group. Picture windows and a raised balcony offer views of the Moab rim and the Matheson Wetlands Preserve to the north, and the soaring sandstone walls of the entrance to Kane Creek Canyon to the south west.
The master bedroom includes two unique massage cushions for you comfort after a busy day on the trails. The charming bunk bed bedroom features a vintage video arcade table with 60 games! All of the bedrooms' decor encourages comfort with an airy, restorative setting.
The garage for this property introduces several unique features. First, the home has a spacious, two-car garage with additional parking for trailers for safe storage of your recreational equipment. The garage also comes with two bike workstations to keep your bike in top condition after a day on the trails. A specialty item has been added for your convenience; a level II electric vehicle charger.
The Entrada Complex pool features a changing room with heaters and showers and a hot tub, perfect for those chilly fall evenings. Reclining chairs and small tables surround the pool which has depths ranging from 3 to 5 feet. A handicapped accessible pool lift, stairs, and rail leading to the water offer fun for all swimmers. The entire area is secured with a fence and a door code.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

I loved everything about this rental! The mountain bike work stations in the garage were sweet to be able to use for bike maintenance. Inside there was a ton of space to hang out with friends. I liked the high ceilings and wide stairs. The kitchen had all of the things we needed and more. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable beds. The pac-man arcade game was fun to play! Seriously, never seen that before in a rental. I will be back for sure and would recommend this property!

This townhome had every amenity we needed and wanted. The main level was open, spacious and filled with light from numerous windows. We felt at home from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Cleanliness is always one of our priorities when we travel, and this townhome lived up to our high expectations. The bedrooms were uniquely decorated with warm seasonal themes, the beds were very comfortable, and there were ample bathroom facilities for all. And what could be better than having a washer and dryer onsite? We will return, soon.

We stayed at this unit for a weeklong bike trip in Moab and it was unbelievable. Definitely worth it to stay here, as it is an end unit, so the views of The Portal are outstanding. The kids loved the triple bunk bed, and the Galaga/Miss Pac-Man machine was a hit. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for all of us, could have easily brought 4-5 more people. Kitchen is fully loaded, the entire unit is roomy and spacious with high ceilings and a wide staircase, and the garage is set up for plenty of bike storage. They even have workstations for bike maintenance. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen as well as barbecue outside. Canât say enough about this place, they did it right.
