Located 5 miles south of town, this luxury condo offers panoramic views and a relaxed, country atmosphere next to the 12th hole (and lake) of the year-round Moab Golf Course. Upstairs, the two bedrooms (one with a king bed, the other with two twin beds) share a connected bathroom, featuring a luxurious jetted tub/shower. An additional nook in the loft area at the top of the stairs holds a twin daybed that sleeps another guest if desired.
On the main level, the living/dining area provides a comfortable gathering space, where after a full day of activities, you’ll enjoy the cozy ambiance of the gas log fireplace. The dining table seats 4 and there is additional seating via stools at the snack bar. The pass-through kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. Appliances include dishwasher, range, built-in microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and coffee maker. A stackable washer/dryer is provided in the laundry closet off the kitchen. You’ll also have secure storage for your car and recreational toys in the attached, single car garage. Topping off this vacation home is the private patio that faces the golf course, equipped with a picnic table and a propane BBQ grill. Enjoy an evening cookout or a quiet outdoor breakfast as you feast your eyes on the verdant expanse of the golf course, contrasted beyond by the deep reds of the West Rim of Moab Valley.
Bike and jeep trails and petroglyphs are within ½ mile. You will also have use of the Solano Vallejo seasonal swimming pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.
There will be a $15 per night per pet fee. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($15/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee.
Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

Booking online can often be risky, but this condo met our expectations completely. Arrived later than expected due to delayed flights so it was most welcoming having lights left on and condo heated warmly upon our arrival. Nice touch! Condo was more than we expected with perfect bedrooms and bathrooms set up. Great having the garage to use also.
Excellent location to all that Moab and the National Parks have to offer . 2.5 wonderful long days of hiking and exploring, and enjoying restaurants nearby......Moab Brewery and El Charro Loco , both offering a fun ambiance and good food.
Beds extremely comfortable and condo very clean. Being end of November the condo complex was very quiet and private.
Small suggestion- have a few laundry pods for guests to use upon arrival as its hard traveling with liquids and grocery stores don't sell small containers.
Enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely consider returning to this condo unit in the future. Thank you.

We were surprised to discover that the least expensive lodging in Moab for our family of five to be all together was a Condo Rental!
The unit we rented is located about 5 miles (10 min) south-east of downtown Moab in a very quiet residential area.
We were very comfortable and it was nice to have a living area with full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small garage, and a patio with a gas grill.
We had a lot of fun in the pool, which was just across the driveway from our unit.
I would like to stay in this here every time I visit Moab.

Comfortable, well-appointed condo. We could have used a couple box fans instead of A/C at night. Wish we would have had the chance to use the pool. Booking staff was friendly and helpful.
