This particular home was finished with the Summit package, which is the nicest and most expensive package offered. This home comes with 2 stand up paddleboards for you to use, completely free! Whether you paddle on Ken's Lake or the Colorado River, you will have a blast! A spacious kitchen and living area offers space for your group to stretch out, relax and enjoy the views. The kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, state-of-the art appliances, and is stocked with houseware to prepare and serve meals for your entire group. A gas BBQ is ready to go on the patio. This home has views of the Moab Rim and the Matheson Wetlands Preserve to the north, and the soaring sandstone walls of "the Portal", which is the entrance to Kane Creek Canyon to the southwest. For safe storage of your toys, use of a spacious, two-car garage and additional parking for trailers is included in your stay. The Entrada Complex pool is now open and features a changing room with heaters and showers and a hot tub, perfect for those chilly fall evenings. Reclining chairs and small tables surround the pool which has depths ranging from 3 to 5 feet. A handicapped accessible pool lift, stairs, and rail leading to the water offer fun for all swimmers. The entire area is secured with a fence and a door code. This the perfect home base to share your next Moab adventure with a large group of family and friends! Sleeping up to 16 with a sofa sleeper and 4 twin air mattresses, this unit can accommodate truly large parties. And a newly added crib gives you small child a comfortable place to sleep.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

Great time in Moab while lodging at Entrada #424

We were 8 adults who stayed in this 4 bedrooms, 3 baths townhouse. It was very clean and accommodate all of us. The kitchen had the basic items needed. The bed that my husband and I were sleeping on was too soft but our other family members found their beds were fine. There was construction all around us and fortunately we did not hear the construction since we were out for most of the day. We had to call the maintenance person since the sink pipe was leaking when we used the garbage disposal and the propane tank in the grill was emptied. He came and fixed the leak and gave us a full tank of propane for grilling. It is about an 0.8 mile to Main Street and 5 minutes drive to supermarkets. Very convenient and quiet during the night. We would recommend this place to others who are visiting Moab. There were inflatable paddle boards and paddles in the garage but we did not get a chance to use them. We rented this unit through Moab Utah Lodging Vacation Rentals and they were very responsive and a good resource for activities and lodging available in the area. If you want to go mountain biking, we would recommend Rim Tours with Brian and for whitewater rafting, Dan and Tess from Red River Adventures were very knowledgeable and fun to be with during our full day adventure.

The mgmt is quick with their responses in the email. Awesome people! The place is about 5 mins away from the Arches Natl Park, 30 mins away fr dead horse point where you can see a dramatic overlook of the Colorado River and Canyonlands National Park. It is also just 5 mins away from main street. The place is clean and big enough to hold large groups and is equipped with items you need in your vacation. I also liked the fact that they provide a washer/dryer in the unit. we really one after been out in the sun the whole day.
