The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth is equipped with a twin and full-size bed (not bunks). The living room additionally has a leather queen pull-out sleeper sofa. Altogether, this unit accommodates up to 11 people.
Gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a large wooden dining room table. It is fully stocked with housewares to prepare meals for your entire group. A propane BBQ is available for your use on the patio.
Direct access to the common area pool (seasonal), hot tub (year-round) and pavilion. This is one of a limited number of Entrada units that directly overlooks the pool complex, providing easy access steps from your own patio. Construction of the pool and common area complex is projected to be complete sometime in May 2018.
The owner has also added a personal touch by decorating the unit with photos from his own travels around the world.
This unit is equipped with high-speed wireless internet access as well as four smart flat-screen HDTV’s, including a 60-inch Sony TV in the living room.
Other amenities include central air conditioning and heating, a 2-car garage and 2 additional outside parking spaces, and in-unit laundry.
Entrada at Moab is Moab's newest luxury townhome/condo development. It is just a few blocks from downtown, and minutes away from Arches, Canyonlands and the Colorado River.
