Welcome to this brand-new Entrada townhome, completed in February 2018. This 2253 square-foot unit is furnished with entirely new furniture and appliances. This unit is equipped with the following special amenities:
4 bedrooms. All beds are furnished with Simmons luxury pillowtop mattresses to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. A master and a junior master bedroom each have king beds, walk-in closets and access to en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth is equipped with a twin and full-size bed (not bunks). The living room additionally has a leather queen pull-out sleeper sofa. Altogether, this unit accommodates up to 11 people.
Gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a large wooden dining room table. It is fully stocked with housewares to prepare meals for your entire group. A propane BBQ is available for your use on the patio.
Direct access to the common area pool (seasonal), hot tub (year-round) and pavilion. This is one of a limited number of Entrada units that directly overlooks the pool complex, providing easy access steps from your own patio. Construction of the pool and common area complex is projected to be complete sometime in Fall of 2018.
The owner has also added a personal touch by decorating the unit with photos from his own travels around the world.
This unit is equipped with high-speed wireless internet access as well as four smart flat-screen HDTV’s, including a 60-inch Sony TV in the living room.
Other amenities include central air conditioning and heating, a 2-car garage and 2 additional outside parking spaces, and in-unit laundry.
Entrada at Moab is Moab's newest luxury townhome/condo development. It is just a few blocks from downtown, and minutes away from Arches, Canyonlands and the Colorado River. Entrada is walking distance from bike shops, OHV rentals, shops, art galleries and restaurants. For the younger kids, two blocks away you'll find Moab’s state-of-the-art Recreation Center with two fun, kid-equipped swimming pools, a skate park, and a well-equipped playground.
A spacious kitchen, dining, and living area offers room for your group to stretch out and relax, mingling in the comfort of a tastefully furnished and decorated home environment, or taking in the views of Moab’s red rock horizon from the patio. The kitchen includes ample storage, state-of-the art appliances, and is stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve a holiday meal for your entire group. Views range from the Moab rim and the Matheson Wetlands Preserve to the north, and the soaring sandstone walls of the entrance to Kane Creek Canyon to the south west.
The Entrada Complex pool is now open and features a changing room with heaters and showers and a hot tub, perfect for those chilly fall evenings. Reclining chairs and small tables surround the pool which has depths ranging from 3 to 5 feet. A handicapped accessible pool lift, stairs, and rail leading to the water offer fun for all swimmers. The entire area is secured with a fence and a door code.
Use of a spacious, two-car garage and additional parking for trailers is included in your stay, for safe storage of your toys wherever you may be on your Moab itinerary. This is the perfect home base to share your next adventure with a large group of family and friends.

All stays are subject to MPM's Resort Fee. Our Resort Fee includes free Wi-Fi internet, pool and hot tub access (only select units feature pools and/or hot tubs), and standard cleaning fees. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.

Please be sure to submit an accurate party size so that we can generate an accurate quote, and make sure you are properly accommodated. Entrada 619 Moab Utah

I took a trip to Utah, Nevada, Colorado, and Arizona with 7 other people. Hotels were quite expensive in Moab. I searched for other alternatives and found moabutahlodging entrada 619. A very helpful agent helped find a unit with the correct bedroom bathroom layout for my group. We stayed in Entrada 619. It was the best place we stayed on the entire vacation! The unit was completed 4 months prior to our arrival. The condo was beautiful. Easily accessible with a key pad so all parties could come and go with out worrying about who had the keys. It was very clean and stocked with all linens, kitchen items, laundry room, outdoor patio, and even a gas grill in the spacious garage. The kitchen even had some food staples. The condo had huge master bedroom with master bath walk in closet set up with a huge flat screen tv with cable channels. The other bedrooms were also set up very comfortably with 2 other full bathrooms. Wi-Fi access was no problem even with 8 adults all online. Living room, kitchen, dining room have an open air setup furnished comfortably for 8 adults not to be on top of each other. Another large screen cable tv in the living room. The artwork hung throughout the unit was spectacular photos of the natural attractions from the area. Close to downtown grocery, shops, and many places to eat as well as close to national parks we were visiting made this unit ideal for our 2 day stop in Moab UT. I could not habe asked for a more perfect place to stay. I highly recommend Entrada 619 and moabutahlodging to anyone traveling to Moab utah.
