Situated on the east bench above the golf course, Moab House is a stand-alone home that offers privacy and great views of the La Sal Mountains and west rim of Moab Valley. Tensions fade away as you step into the Great Room with its tall loft ceiling, rounded interior spaces, and sumptuous Southwest furnishings. The kitchen, dining, and living areas blend seamlessly to make the perfect place for everyone to gather after the day’s adventures. The gas-log fireplace provides a cozy ambiance and you’ll have full entertainment options.

This is NOT a pet friendly condo, if you want to bring your pet to Moab, please call the office for a pet friendly condo. The home features a 3 car garage and driveway. Due to HOA regulations, all vehicles must be parked in the garage and driveway. All trailers, additional vehicles, etc. must be parked on nearby Westwater drive. No street parking is allowed in this neighborhood.

The kitchen is equipped w/cookware, dishes, utensils, coffeemaker, and toaster. The back patio is equipped w/gas barbecue grill, a picnic table and chairs.

“As other reviewers have mentioned, the pictures do not do this home justice. It provided comfortable accommodations for 3 couples over 3 nights. Check-in was easy and the keypad worked well. The decor is tasteful and fits the Southwestern motif we were looking for during our stay in Moab. It is nicely situated in a welcoming neighborhood, and the backyard is charming, although, it would be nice if they added a small outdoor firepit! We cooked all breakfasts and dinners and found the kitchen to be well equipped. The hot tub was warm upon arrival and comfortably sat 4, water pressure was great and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend to others looking for a southwestern oasis in the desert!”
